At Tiger Rose Vintage we understand that an item may need to be returned and refunded for a number of reasons. Here are some questions and answers regarding returns and refunds at TRV.
Do you offer refunds on vintage items?
We only offer refunds on vintage items that are faulty or damaged (beyond what it says on the description on the original listing).
We will always try our best to ensure there is a full description and plenty of photos and close ups of all our vintage items including measurements, wear and tear and anything else that needs to be described.
Unreturnable items are:
- swimsuits
- underwear
- earrings for pierced ears
- vintage clothing/shoes/accessories that don’t fit you
- sale items
- personalised items
*With regards to vintage clothing/shoes/accessories that don’t fit you – it is the customers responsibility to check the sizing on the listing description compared with their own sizing.
Do you offer refunds on non-vintage/new items?
New (non vintage) items are eligible for a refund – as long as they have not been worn or used.
I have opened my package and found that my item has been damaged during transit, what should I do?
If an item has been damaged during transit/delivery then please take a photo of the package, and how you found the item(s) when you opened the package. This photo proof will be used to process a claim with the delivery provider – as we may not liable for this damage during shipping.
How long have I got to return an item?
You have 14 days to return an item to the address we provide on the email. You are responsible to pay for the return of the item and until it reaches it is the responsibility of the you / the delivery provider – therefore and we strongly recommend you use a tracked and signed delivery provider. We cannot accept returned items after the 14 day delivery period.
How do I start the returns process?
To start the return process, please email us on contact@tigerrosevintage.co.uk with the following details:
- The item(s) you wish to return, including order number(s).
- The reason why you wish to return the item.
- Your full name.
- Any photos of the item if you need to show it is damaged etc.
We will send you a return number with the details of how to return the item back to us. Please note you are responsible for return postage costs (including custom fees and taxes for International Customers).
Once the item has been received, checked and processed we will then issue a credit note in the form of an online discount code for the value of the item. This credit can be used on our website, Ebay store and Etsy store.
*TRV have the right to refuse a refund if we feel the item(s) have been worn or damaged outside of TRV.
