How long does it take for you to send an item?
If you order an item Monday to Friday before 11am, we will do our best to have that item shipped out that same day. Orders placed after 11am, on a weekend or bank holiday will be sent the next working day. * Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not working Days.
The current world pandemic has slowed many shipping processes down both nationally and internationally, so please be mindful of this and give yourself enough time to purchase your item if you need it by a specific date.
What shipping company do you use?
We aim to use Royal Mail wherever possible to both UK and International destinations, however for larger and heavier items we may need to use delivery providers such as Hermes or Parcel Force.
What are the different prices for delivery?
When you enter your address at the checkout you will see all available shipping options. Tracked and signed delivery is the preferred shipping option for most customers and us at TRV, as you have more peace of mind on where your item is as you will have a tracking reference number to locate your item in transit. This also means if your item is lost, then you will have a better chance of putting a claim through the delivery provider to receive a refund.
I am ordering more than one item, can I combine shipping?
You will have the option to combine shipping with more than one item in the checkout.
Do you post internationally?
We sure do! We offer worldwide shipping from our UK online store. We will always use tracked and signed delivery for our items, and prices will vary depending on the delivery location of your item. Customers are responsible for any custom fees and taxes. TRV is not responsible for delays due to the customs processing time.
I’m mindful of wasteful, fancy/ packaging that is harmful to the environment. What type of packaging do you use?
We will package your item carefully and securely – often using recycled packaging wherever possible, and eco friendly tape. We feel at TRV that we need to do our little bit to help the environment, recycle and also keep our customers costs down by not using overpriced fancy packaging.
Where is my TRV order?
For our UK customers, if you’re still waiting for your TRV order within 14 days (21 days for international customers) and it has been over the delivery guideline threshold, as stated on your dispatch email, then please do contact us on contact@tigerrosevintage.co.uk or via the CONTACT page. Stating your name and order number. If you have a Royal Mail tracking reference number, you can visit Track and Trace – Track your Item | Royal Mail Group Ltd.

*During busier times of the year such as holiday seasons, delivery times may be affected.
* We are happy to help as much as possible with an item that has left TRV and is on its way to you in transit, however delayed and lost items are out of our control, once your item has been shipped it is in the hands of the delivery provider.
